Nutri-Rich® is a brand of dietary supplements founded in 1993 and based in Fullerton, CA. We source and produce vitamins and nutritional supplements with science-backed formulations, transparently sourced ingredients and third-party lab testing. We also offer value-added manufacturing and bottling for other supplement brands and manufacturers.

This position consists of developing the E-Commerce strategy for Nutri-Rich Nutraceuticals on Shopify, Amazon, [please apply online] and other third-party marketplaces with a full understanding of all the necessary supporting functions and roles of E-commerce.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Listing and managing our products on Amazon, Ebay, Shopify, Walmart, and other marketplaces
• Upload pictures and monitor sales and reviews
• Arrange to ship orders for both B2C and B2B
• Perform online sales activities to achieve company objectives
• Collect and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
• Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections
• Send fliers via mass emailing

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
• You must be detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Computer proficiency is critical.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills are vital.
• 2+ years previous work experience.
• Self-starter, motivated and able to work independently.
• Must have excellent oral, written and communication skills.
